*Horsemanship and Red Cross Lifeguard Certification have an additional fee. All other fees for merit badges and free time activities, such as welding and tubing, are included in the Camp Oljato registration fee this year.
Payment Schedule for Scout is $840:
1st Participant Deposit - Due 1/8/2026 $200 per camper
2nd Participant Deposit - Due 2/12/2026 $200 per camper
3rd Participant Deposit - Due 3/12/2026 $200 per camper
Participant Balance Due - 4/9/2026 $240 per camper

Payment Schedule for Adult is $475:
1st Participant Deposit - Due 1/8/2026 $150 per camper
2nd Participant Deposit - Due 3/12/2026 $150 per camper
Participant Balance Due - 4/9/2026 $175 per camper

Youth Fees:
Early Registration - $840 - Register your troop now through October 15, 2024, for our lowest rate of the year! Scouts save $50 off the regular rate. The Troop has paid a deposit of $500, so each Scout gets the discount. 
Regular Registration - $890 - Regular rates apply for registrations made October 16 - April 15, 2026.
Late Registration - $940 - All scouts who register April 16 or later will incur a $50 late fee, even if the troop originally qualified for the early discount.

Adult Fees:
All Other Full-Week Adult Participants: $475 each
Partial-Week Adult Participants: $95 per day 
Adults can attend for a full week or a partial week. Adults staying for a partial week will pay a daily rate.
