Rose Parade Float Decorating
Make sure you fill out paperwork ahead of time.
Bring $7 (in cash) for gas for your driver. The entrance fee is $5.00; the Kiwanis paid for these fees.
We meet at the Scout House AT 1:15 pm and leave at 1:30 pm.
Check-in time is 3:30 pm
We carpool down to 5400 IRWINDALE AVENUE IRWINDALE, CA 91706
Our shift is from 4:00-11:00 pm, and they will feed you dinner at 6-6:30 pm.
We will help finish decorating the floats for the Rose Float Parade on New Year's Day.
You can either decorate a float or pick up trash (some Scouts like to do this and maybe ride a forklift).
Wear warm grubby clothes and closed-toe shoes
Get to walk around and see all the floats. Read the rules.

How old do I need to be to volunteer?
Due to insurance issues, volunteers must be 13 years and older. No exceptions can be made.
All Adults need to be YPT trained or Safeguarding Youth Training.
